a) Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction can be produced in 2 ways which are i) varying the flux linkage of the conductor ii) varying the surface area or orientation of the conductor.

b) The representation of inductors and capacitors in a circuit are as follows

c) The 2 types of ideal transformers are step-up and step-down transformers. Both work on the principle of electromagnetic induction. An ac voltage in the primary creates an alternating flux which creates a voltage in the secondary dependent on frequency and turns ratio of the transformer.
