The waveguide must be designed so that this operating frequency is 20% higher than the cutoff frequency of the lowest mode, and, at the same time, is 20% lower than the cutoff frequency of the next higher mode. The waveguide will be filled with a dielectric material with relative electrical permittivity of 2. Determine the cross-sectional dimensions, a and b, of the waveguide.
