Find the nominal input channel impedance of the TDS2002C and TBS1052B-EDU and also the maximum frequency that the DSO is able to measure reliably. What happens to measurement of signals close to the maximum frequency?
The input Channel Impeence with DSO --> TBS1052B-EDU is 1 Mega Ohm and Max. Freq. is 50 MHz . See Page-6 at https://www.tek.com/sites/default/files/media/media/resources/TBS1000B-EDU-Series-Oscilloscope-Datasheet-2_0.pdf
The input Channel Impeence with DSO --> TBS2002C is 1 Mega Ohm also and max. Freq. 70 MHz. See Page-6 at
http://www.testequipmenthq.com/datasheets/TEKTRONIX-TDS2002C-Datasheet.pdf
A 50 Mhz or 70 MHz DSO indiactes its bandwitdth for signal measurement and indicates the point where the measured amplitude decreases by -3 db (70.7 %). A signal with freq. close to max. freq. will show the amplitude 70.7 % of the actual amplitude. Therefore at 5V signal will actually show up as 3.5V, and 3.3V will show up as 2.3V.
