Anti trust regulatory and Department of Justice in US is in charge of conflicts resolution between firms and to foreseee any acts of tacit collusion, cartelisation, monopolistic behaviour, price rigging, consumer bullying, collective Bargaining, etc.

Through the Sherman Act and Clayton Act the guidelines prohibits firms to enter into above circumstances.
