Morgan is driving on I-5 when his car just stops running and he guides it to the side of the road. A tow truck is called and is towed to A-1 car repairs. The vehicle needs several major repairs, which he gives A-1 the go ahead to repair. On completion, A-1 calls Morgan and he said he would be over to pick up the vehicle. Several days go by, and Morgan does not pick up the car. A-1 calls again, again. No response. What can A-1 do to cover their losses?
Answer - Since Morgan is not responding at all , and has not turned up to take the car back several days after calling again and again it might be the condition that morgan doesnt not want to take the car back due to heavy repairs involving lot of expenses.
From the view of the mechanic , if he is confirmed that Morgan will not turn up to take the car back, he may sell it at the appropriate market price , recover his losses and pay the excess money back to morgan in case Morgan turns up.
