moral commands are true at all times. This means that they're true in all cultures and situations. According to absolutism actions such as murder ,theft are objectively wrong, with consider the situation or circumstances.

Relativism

This seeing things relatively. According to this societies are different from each other in context of moral values as they are relatives to each other not absolute. Like a very poor mother theft food for her starving child is morally may be right or wrong according to different societies. This take in cosideration the circumstances and situation during any action and decided it whether right or wrong. The example of mother in such situation may be moral right. This is related to situation ethics.
