Prepare a memo in response to the case study provided by your professor. For this memo you will be announcing that the teacher for the second half of this course has been changed and this will mean that Sema Schreiber will continue to be your professor in the second half of the course.. You will need to explain that this was done so that students could have the same professor throughout the term. Due to this change you will be asking all students to cast their vote on the start time of the class. The second half of this course is scheduled to start at 9am as it stands now. Since the first half started at 8am, you would like to offer all students the option. You will need to explain that this needs to be a unanimous decision.

This is to bring to your notice that the teacher for the second half of Business Management course has been changed and Ms Sema Schreiber will continue to be your professor in the second half of the course. This change has been brought about so that students can have the same professor throughout the term.

As a result of this change I would like all the students to cast their vote on the start time of the class. The second half of this course is scheduled to start at 9 am as it stands now. Since the first half started at 8 am, I would like to take the opinion of the students whether to have at 8 am or 9 am. As this needs to be a unanimous decision, so I would like to seek your opinion. Kindly cast your vote.
