It is overall lack of democratic values in the form of :

-perceived lack of accessibility to the citizen

-lack of representation of the citizen

-lack of accountability of institutions.

It reflection during eurizin crisis as lack of coordination and transparency between cocountrie. There is lack of representation of each community. These Institutions decision making processing os Complex and non-transparent and understandable that why lack of accountability there. As people don't have the effective way to reject government, which not good and it's called as lack of politics of European.

Yes it a problem as democracy and democratic values are in danger. People are not adequately represented . Lack of transparency is pave way to corruption.
