Cyclical and seasonal unemployment can be reduced along with sturctural unemployment to an extend.

Cyclical unemployment is when the unemployment in the market increase due to lack of demand and economy being in recession, when the recession ends and the demand in the market pick up the cyclical unemployment will end. Season unemployment ends and starts with jobs that are dependent on the seasons, when the seasons change the unemployment in the market increase.

Structural unemployment is due to lack of relative skill set, and this can be reduced by providing modern skills in the market to the people.
