A few useful websites which provides information on starting a business in florida are:

Myflorida.com and dos.myflorida.com: official portal of government of florida ( Never figured out as to why a government website has to be an ugliest UI :-))

floridarevenue.com: contains a lot of information on establishing business and obtaining licensces

startupsavant.com : mentions all rules and regulations for starting a business in florida

floridatrends.com- contains information about small businesses of florida.

A few useless websites are:

stateofflorida.com : repetition of all info from government websites . doesn't add any value

legalzoom.com: uses adwords to target but has repetitive informations only

Florida's declaration of rights:

Sec 26: Claimants rights to fair compensation limits it to $ 250,000 and no reason or rationale has been given. I would like to revise it to bring it with what is prevalent in states with similar GDP per capita and other eco and social indicators.

Sec 27: Many of the religious sects have different definitions of marriage. Sec 27 is inconsistent with section 2 as someone's religious freedoms may get curbed due to the closed nature of definition of marriage.
