Homework Answers

Answer #1

Yes the dominance of dollar can be seen even in today international or global trade flows because we dollar is the currency which is considered as the currency which used most used as medium of exchange all around the world. Dollar is used as a standard for even comparing GDP of one country with other. Even any standard data which is seen in monetary value internationally is seen to me given the data in dollar.

Every country in the world will keep reserve of dollar currency in their central banks as they use dollar mostly for exchange. Any country while exports or imports will be accepting either that country domestic currency or dollar for exchange.

So all these show that dollar is still have dominance in the world market.
