Answer #1

Reforms has been done in the bank to withstand any shock in the economy which could have led to ease of doing business for the banks, but the cases of institutional flaws in the banking system like failure of corporate governance, corruption, bribery etc. are still unresolved. Lack of code of ethics and code of conduct and their enforcement led to lack of transparency , responsibility , responsinness, integrity , nepotism, chronycapitalism etc which led to corrupt practices in the corporate governance and thus led to inefficient and ineffective governance.thus NPA, insolvency and bankruptcy in the banking system led to banking system failure .
