Each and every person has some responsibilities in various levels of involvement. These are as below:
No.1) Strong social bonding: this is the regional level responsibility; suppose within the state. Since this is the domestic area, a person needs to be fair enough in his/her act. The regional-level obligation has to be fulfilled timely; such as cooperation with local government. These create image and goodwill in the market, which actually means strong social bonding.
No.2) Payment of tax: this is both regional level and national level responsibility. Few examples of taxes are income tax, corporate tax, excise tax, etc. People should not try to evasion taxes, since this is the infringement of protecting interest of the country. A good citizen must pay tax regularly.
No.3) Environmental responsibility: this is global level responsibility, although it starts from the regional level. Our environment should not be polluted, because we have to stay within it. People have responsibility to maintain it by plantation, by using emission control devices, and by stopping unnecessary littering.
Similar:
They are similar, since a small region is also a part of global, so many states (regions) make a nation, and all are within the world. Therefore, fulfilling a small regional level responsibility actually fulfils the national responsibility and in this way global responsibility.
Difference:
They are different based on their weight. A regional level responsibility has higher weight in that region but has lower weight in national level and almost insignificant weight in global level – suppose a country if not following environmental norms of protection, then also the global environment could be protected since all other countries are following.
