From a constitutional perspective, do/don't we have the freedom to avoid things we don't want to see or hear? include example how it affect society
This is a question that has to be answered from various perspectives on the whole where the idea of certain social Crimes had to be taken into account. For example racism had been an issue long back and those are the things which one wouldn't want to see. However it is believed that it isn't something gone out of the society though there are laws associated with it. Therefore, not only the constitution but also the mindset of the people should come into play here.
