Basically the corporate governance is a soft regulation or is also called as sooft laws.They consist of the best governance practicesw and they dop not contain force of law viz 7,9 and 10 .It is for the addressing the deficiencies in the system of corporate governance with the recommendation of certain norms on the role and the composition of shareholders and tp management relationship,boards of director composition,information auditing and disclosure,dismissal , renumeration and selection of top manmagers and directors.
