The differences between them are Legal standards are based on written laws, whereas the ethical standards are based on human rights and wrongs. we see that sometimes Something can be legal but not ethical. Legal standards are written by govt(government)  officials, while ethical standards are written by societal norms(SN)

ethics are more applicable in business world I standards are set for analyzing good and bad behavior and decision-making. Business ethics is a broad/huge topic, covering everything from corporate governance to corporate social responsibility(CSR) Thus we can easily interpret that business ethics leads to a more productive workplace.
