• Offer advice to fix the situation systematically.
• Handle the press and media to make sure no negative publicity is made and respond to the media about the ongoing crisis and keep them updated about the solutions in process.
• Offer support and ensure that the employees or the customers do not panic due to the ongoing crisis.
• To ensure minimization of fake new propagation about the situation by creating public awareness through press release and media.
