It is the safety, health and security of the end users and or public that is the top priority from ethical point of view as well as professional conduct. It shows that intention of the professional engineers and engineering services to look after the safety of people and it is ethical as per the deontological approach. Further, it is for the benefits of the majority of the society when their safety is given the top priority. Hence, utilitarian approach is also applied to make it ethical conduct.
