Should We Give More Votes to the Educated? The Wealthy? Or Should the Dropout's Vote and the Pauper's Vote Count the Same as the Educated or the Rich?

Homework Answers

Answer #1

Everyone should have equal votes whether the person is educated, wealthy, dropouts or pauper, because all have the the equal civil rights. The wealthy became wealthy not only because of himself, rather it is due to the contributions made by workers working in his factories, government making policies in favor of private property rights and people paying respect to the person. Hence, materialistically, each individual can vary from one another, but at a human being all are same, there civil rights are same, their role in governance and electing individuals to govern the state or nation is also same. So, each person, irrespective of education, wealth or level of poverty, should have equal votes.
