Exponential Globalization is a carefully orchestrated cycle of expansion which is being executed at increasing speed to an increasing number of countries and customers. This approach helped in expanding Netflix at much faster pace compare to any of its competitors. Exponential Globalization was infeasible few years back with the growth of internet and its penetration across different countries of the world has made this possible currently. Netflix got this advantage as well.
