Definition of communication - It is a process of sharing ideas, thoughts and opinion from one person to another.

For the communication channel, sender , receiver is essential.

Communication is mainly verbal, non verbal and written

Verbal communication- It is the communication in which sender can speak with the receiver through telephone, personally (face to face ) and television.

Non verbal - It is the communication in which sender cannot speak with the other person. Communication takes place between sender and receiver through body gestures, way of expression. For example, thumbs up is a n example of praise in non verbal communication.

Written-It is a communication in which one person share ideas , emotions and thoughts with the other person by writing letters, emails and messages.
