The service organization with which my relationship has got affected due to COVID 19 is Uber. This is because i was a regualr customer of this organization and i used to receive preimum quality service from them. At the same time, i used to receive a lot of coupons and offers from them. However, with the onset of this pandemic, their service has been hindered. At the same time the offers have been rescinded.
In order to make the relationship with me and other customers better, Uber can firstly ensure that it sanitises all its cars on a regular basis. It needs to train all the Uber drivers to take all precautionary measures while driving. Also, as Keynes would say, in a recession, the taxes and repo rates should be reduced. Similarly, in a pandemic situation when already demand is so low, Uber should initially keep the fares as low as possible so as to sustain its customers.
