Walt Disney Company is a Multinational Enterprise as it focuses on amusement and entertainment relating to various fields such as music, radio, publications of books and other stuff and other such entertainment purposes in many countries headquartered at Burbank, California. The various characteristics of the same displayed by Walt Disney Company are as follows:

1. They operate in many countries thus having clients almost all over the world gaining investments from many countries across the globe. They have amusement parks in many countries and the production of toys takes place in many places.

2. They use a common strategy to root or link all their affiliates.

3. They have to be responsive for the home country as well as host country. It was built to be the largest amusement park, but its branches that have grown over the years draw equal financial, information, resources etc.
