No.1) Technological advancement: this is a giant company and it uses various technologies in production and manufacturing. The company used to stay in the advance level in technology. This actually creates benefits in cost savings and increasing supply of products, since mass production is possible there.

No.2) Infrastructural facilities: this includes rail, road, hospital, school, shopping mall, etc. the company creates such facilities for their own benefits, like manufacturing and marketing there; but in other way these benefit the society as a whole. The company gets higher production, and brand image in marketing (goodwill), which ultimately increases supply.
