The business i believe in is to start a Fashion Company that will be forced on the offering of luxury wears and shoes.The luxury wears and shoes will be useful in enhancing the productivity of the business. It will be located in New York City due to the traffic of urban customers who have the purchasing power of the luxury fashion products. I would structure the business as a LLC. It is because the LLC structure is good for conducting business in a good manner. It reduces the liability of the owners of the business in a good manner. The benefits of LLC structure is that it makes it possible to obtain finances than other structures of business.
