Answer-Advantages of commercial and industrial ports are, commercial and industrial ports are constructed for the purpose of trading through all over the country as well as with the foreign markets, these ports are set up for the import and export of goods and services from domestic as well as international market. Ports are also having the warehouses in which commodities are stored for the future. These ports are also used for the transportation of goods through railways and roads as well as with cargo ships. These ports are only used for goods transportation by which there is no traffic of passengers .
