If they get satisfied after judging thier governance, this could be the strongest factor of motivating mass voter behavior.(ie. To vote them for again)

While now voters are smart, they don't get influenced, just by the candidate image and from formulation of policies and solving of issues. Because this is just not enough and strongest factor to motivate mass voter behavior.
