1. Females are more often getting post-secondary degrees than their male counterparts. People with post-secondary degrees have higher incomes on average than people without a post-secondary education. But females on average earn less than their male counterparts. Is this a paradox? How can it be explained? How can it be fixed?

Answer-Females on average earn less than their male counterparts, it is paradox because there is complete discrimination on the basis of gender, As industrialists and firms prefer male employees more than the female employees because they think males are more efficient and effective in work as compare to the female employees, they also judge the thinking and judging power of the females, they also think that women employees are not capable to handle the situation as compare to the male employees.

It can be only fixed -

1.Equality between the male and female employees in the organization.

2. Equal remuneration to all employees of the organization either it's male or female.

3. Authority and responsibility should be given to the female employees as equal as male employees.
