The Disney as any other offline intensive industry is in decline phase during coronovirus pendamic. But one positive aspect that Disney has done is it started its focus towards online media and platforms. It has acquired an online platform called Hotstar which is similar to Netflix to focus on online release of movies and series developed under Disney banner. Employees have been given online training to operate in virtual functioning and maintaining social distancing in this pandemic preiod.
They also started focusing on virtualizing the whole experience with supply of VR box, so they are adopting to the change and in the process embracing it as well.
