Post Purchase Dissonance is just a dissatisfaction of the customer with the product which he purchased . Due to this the customer have changed his market behaviour for our product . The Post Purchase dissonance also happens due to insufficient knowledge about the product . The role of sales staff is that to provide the customer about the knowledge how to use the product if they don't have and also offer the customer more discount and free product if the customer gets any damaged product And also try to know the problems of the customers and try that these problems not happens with new customers Also apart from this Sales Staff provides better after sales services All this is with in the process of post purchase dissonance.
