Which of the following will promote a country's exporting activities?

Question options:

all of them

makes its currency value weaker

provides subsidies to domestic business to export

increases more free trade partner countries

Homework Answers

Answer #1

The right answer is all of them. Consider first, the weaker currency, if the country's currency is weaker as compare to the other currencies it means people abroad will import more of our good because they have to pay the lower price in terms of their own currency, therefore, this will increase the export of the Country whose currency is weaker. Secondly, when the government provides subsidies to domestic businesses to export the goods, it means they are supported by the government by providing the subsidies and this will encourage them to export more of the goods produced in the domestic country. Thirdly when we have more trading partners it means we can export our goods to the different countries which will increase the domestic exports.
