The international genome project in the USA is going to contribute incredibly in increasing the average life of americans and others. The human organs can be replaced easily as the millions of DNA are being studied under the genome project. Genome sequencing would help to increase the average life significantly.

Thus life expectancy of Americans born in the year 2100 would be longer.
