Argument in support of Bank CEO's position

A CEO of the company is the head of the company, share holders invests in his company in the his company in the hope of earning profit, so his duty is to devote himself in maximizing the profit of the company so in order to maximize the profit, he should not publicise the advice and make huge profit out of it and share it with the share holders

Argument against the Bank CEO's position

Serving the society is also one of the objective of a business so making profit by putting the society into the losses is ethically incorrect. So it is the responsibility of the CEO to publicize the advice.
