  • Due to this government remained sensitive for the decision relating to budget deficit and fiscal deficit
  • Government try to stave off larger slippage by increasing taxes and finding news areas for cutting their spending. they also increased the petroleum royalties
  • The bank named Negra Malaysia ,it was found bthat there Foriegn exchange reserves fell down.
  • Even the local bond , which was expected to widen but due to budget defective all local bonds just blown out
