Suppose you are the president of a developing country. Discuss what economic policy you would recommend to promote trade between the country you work for and a neighboring country. Also, how would you increase net exports? Explain your reasoning, using at least 100 words with relevant economic concepts & theory.

Answer: Being President of Developing country, one has to address the issue of trade and investments in different ways than developed country.

To promote the trade with neighbouring country,President must:

1.Sign the various Partial or Free trade agreements, so that both countries can benefit by low prices and increased competition and innovation.

2.Sign the Memorandum of Understanding regarding cooperation in field of new and emerging technologies like Artificial intelligence, IOT, cyber security which can increase the integration in ICT fields.

3.ensure the deals regarding increasing the capacities of MICRO,SMALL AND MEDIUM Enterprises which ultimately benefits the larger lower and middle section of countries as well as increase the Demand in economies Which help in achieving equilibrium in SUPPLY-DEMAND CURVE.
