Though percentage and degree are considered as Hall mark of qualitive education but it is not rational .education is determined by the present knowledge and experience in a respective field.employer put forth some criteria for applicants because of that only those receive opportunitywho have standard degree.on the contrary University also plays a tremendous role in providing standard degree to the students.university have need to emphasis more on the skills and talent of their students .It is essential for them to improve the facilities for students.They should uphold appropriate standards for teaching. Government intervention made it possible on a large scale. Government gives various verdict and also provide different kind of help to the market which is not getting success.In case of University education government made each possible effort to made the education more profound to studies. government examines the details regarding the studies provided ,teaching accuracy and also aims to provide practical knowledge there.hence there e is closed interaction between government intervention and market failures.
