If we talk about a company (an organization), a leader (for example- CEO, CHRO, Chairman etc.) need to make certain important ethical decisions during the time of a pandemic like this one. The ethical decisions could be as follows:

1. Whether or not should the employees of the company be asked to work from home or report to the workplace daily.

2. Whether the company should raise equity or debt to finance the operations. Equity does not have much obligations but debt does. So the CEO needs to decide ethically whether or not to risk the money of the shareholders.

3. The leader needs to decide if it is right to retrench/ layoff some employees or reduce their salary. (because of low profits)

4. Should the employer follow the labour laws religiously even when government is liberal on these while fighting with such a pandemic.
