Project is a task where many things are involved in the accomplishment of various activities.
There are various attributes and various strategic interns for project selection it means the project selection involves close observation of the various factors associated with the project and the various factors linked with the project supplements the various alternatives are also used to study under the selection of a project which includes the profitability, transparency and the certainty of the accomplishment.
Project management means to manage the effective efficient conditions which are necessary for the accomplishment of certain tasks related to the observation of the objectives.
The project portfolio differs from the program because the project is a complete setup and program is the combination of a various alternatives that supports a complete project portfolio.
