The strategy which is used to promote products through intermediaries is Selection strategy

In Selection strategy, producers rely mainly on the intermediaries in order to sell the products. When the goods are more specialised and it is sold through specialised dealers then selection strategy is used.

When the goods are sold through selection strategy , the intermediaries who are specialised in this feield promote these goods to retailers in order to sell the products. Even the intermediaries who sell the products keep the profit margin so they themselves take efforst to sell these products
