The process of informational listening focuses on the ability of an individual to understand an speakers message. It is for learning, understanding and grasping information.
Critical listening is the listening process of evaluating the content of the message. Critical listener should listen the message properly from the beginning to the end
Empathic listening is the practice of being attentive and responsive to others.
In my opinion Empathic listening is important than others. Because in empathic listening it is evident that there will be active attentive and active responsive. Effective listener not only listen the things but also shows an interest in matters.... They will always responsive....
