As the manager of a IT company looking to expand internationaly what is the best marketing entry strategy for th netherlands what tsrategy would you use and how would you implement it.

This majorly depends on what kind if product us been sold.

If it exports vehicles which constitute major chunk of sales and have comparative advantage then Netherlands must adopt Multi Domestic Strategy.

This will help enter emerging and emerged markets based on consuner preferences and accordingly the buikd and model can be designed to suit taste and willingness to buy from different set of customers.

This can however raise cost of manufacturing but due to econonies of scale and high volume-Low prices, the overall cost can be brought down.
