Ans- 4 (a) The employment in certain industries has not fallen despite the recent economic downturn because "At the time of selecting the candidates in an interview, certain industries or companies expert interviewer select the "Right Candidates for thr Right position" in their firm or companies or in their industries in order to avoid any inconvinence caused due to the wrong selection of the candidates in the interview. This topic can be discuss in the Firm-specific training with the employees.

Ans.(b) A worker would be unwilling to bear the full cost of firm-specific training because the wages or salaries that any workers get is very less after deducting tax, employees' provident fund, travelling expenses, accomodation fees etc.
