What is Marx's view of communism? Explain Marx's view of income distribution (the extent of income equality) and length of work day. It should also explain Marx’s view of division of labor and his approach to the role of managers and administrators in the full communist stage.

Karl Marx, German economist was an influencer of communisim, the marxist theory of communist society is the type of society and economic system which emerged from technological advances, it represents the ultimate goal of the political ideology of communism. A communist society refers to common ownership of the means of production with free access to the resources and their consumption.  

Marx's view on Communism is of socioeconomic development based upon material wealth, which arise from advances in production technology and subsequent changes in the social relations of production. This would allow for distribution based on need and social relations.the theory of communisim focuses on that the production should be owned in common and managed for the public good.
