Moreover, there are various incentives available to the customers like free mugs, free coffee on a purchase of more than a certain amount which makes it interesting for the coffee lovers to go to starbucks. Also, it invests heavily on research and development to make the product differetiated from other. The ambience inside the cafe is very different and nice.
