You are the Finance Manager at your company and go to the bank to negotiate an increase in the company’s credit limit to support your growing business. The manager of the bank agrees to the increase provided you give his son a nice entry-level position in your company.

Ethical issues in this situation representing that bank manager want his son in the company at a nice entry level position. from view point of finance manager it is the duty of HR manager of the company to hire employees. but bank manager want finance manager should provide his son a good entry level position against the raising of credit limit. in this situation finance manager should ask the bank manager to send his son in the company he will definitely help him out. Being a finance manager  he has no right to select a candidate without following appropriate process of hiring. this duty lies with HR manager of company, finance manager can assure that on the basis skills and knowledge he will definitely get entry level position and he himself try to assess the same and also ask HR manager to assess his skills where can fit best and accordingly entry level job he would be getting.
