Would You expect the analysis produced by the Legislative Analyst’s Office to be more or less politically neutral than analytical offices within the California executive branch?

Yes I will expect the analysis produced by legislative analyst office to be more or less politically neutral than the analysis provided by California executive branch because legislative analyst body is an non government organisation which is not partial to government and it is providing assistance to government and advising them in the way. There will be no political influence on legislative analyst office because the office is not partisan to any government or any higher official. If the same information is given by California executive branch it will have some political influence as some high official or leaders will try to change the analysis in the favour of government or some official which will effect the society. So I believe legislative analyst office is politically neutral and analysis done by them will not have any political influence.
