Answer #1

Precede and Proceed model remains comprehensive model of design, assessment, evaluation and implementation of health programme.

For example countries like China and India follow this model where behavioural and environmental assessment takes place, where existing data of diseases is done and sustainability of diseases is evaluated.

For example for Coronavirus India has implemented higher zones for healthcare treatment, better dictor to patients ratio, higher ned to hospital ratio, also better lendingv to healthcare sector, higher spends on patients welfare and ubiquitous services for dealing diseases prevention and innovation of vaccination using various funding schemes.

HSO governing bodies take this as implementation where they must incorporate various measures as laid down and comply with regulations to avoid forbearance and any other litigation.
