customer value: create product according to customer need

cost: consider all the costs incurred in satisfying the customer also take into account the cost the customer will have to incur in order to satisfy their need.

convinience: takes into account how easily or conviniently consumer can avail the product

communication: it involves the communication between the company and its customers
