it takes place a result of market intervention or state subsidies that enable companies to artificially lower the prices

an anti dumping investigation can be started when a complaint is registered by domestic industry

Anti dumping:

it is a measure to rectify situation arising out of dumping products and its bussiness

it provides help to domestic industry

elements involved are analysis of complaint and preparation and sending of questionnaries

and further analysis of the questionnaire responses

internal decisions+ consulation of ms

analysis of disclosure reactions

measures are normally imposed for 5 years
