Describe one way that how people interacts in the factor/resource market?

Homework Answers

Answer #1

Ans.

In factor resource market , the firm is the buyer and the household's are the seller , where the firm buys factor of production like man power , labor etc to make or produce the goods and services. Like when a person wants a job , and looks for jobs, then they are a part of the factor maket, or when a investor of a firm gets a compensation in the form of dividends , then that is a part of a factor market as well.

Households are mainly selling their services to the firm who is the buyer , and in return wages or salaries are paid.
